I bought a Beelink U57 Mini PC last year and was amazed at how great it is, especially compared to my DELL desktop. My oldest son in high school needed a PC in his eLearning room, so I had no hesitation in buying him a mini PC instead of a desktop. He doesn't necessarily need a laptop because he doesn't have to carry one around and it would cost a lot more to get the same specs as this laptop mini pc. I have several spare desktop monitors and portable monitors at home, so getting him this powerful mini pc at a great price was a really easy choice. This Sei8 Mini PC looks almost identical to the U57, except for the glossy finish and upgraded side and rear vents. However, I have decided to increase the memory to 16GB and hard drive space to 512GB compared to my U57's 8GB RAM and 256GB hard drive space as my son will be taking CAD classes as well as some computer programming classes in high school. school. To be honest. 8GB RAM is enough for most people for Windows 10, but I wanted to give it more memory since it will use some desktop software that requires quite a bit of CPU power. I love that this mini PC can be upgraded with up to 32GB of memory. when needed, and it comes with an Intel 4 Core i5 processor! It also has an Intel Iris graphics chip that can support 2 monitors with 4K resolution via HDMI cable. My son will have no problem running programs, games or movies on this computer. I'm also happy to see that they didn't introduce a USB 2.0 port and just stuck with USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB-C port. 2 USB ports are located on the back and 2 on the front, along with a USB-C port for easy access. It has a LAN port for an RJ45 network cable, but who uses a cable for the Internet? Of course, this beast is equipped with Wi-Fi that uses the Intel Wifi6 protocol for fast web surfing. What impressed me the most is the small form factor, but it doesn't get hot because the internal fan turns on when the CPU shrinks, and it's a really good vent design that expels and circulates hot air out of the case. Very impressive. They really know how to design a computer in a small box. I am very satisfied with the Beelink Mini PC and they have won my heart with their computer series. I don't think I will ever be able to buy big and clunky desktops that take up so much space and are inferior to these mini PCs. My only complaint about these mini PCs is that their power cords feel far too short. It's definitely long enough to plug into any outlet near the desk, but I just wish it was about twice as long for more flexibility, but that's definitely not a deal breaker considering how much you get out of this one amazing beast gets. They also include 2 HDMI cables along with a monitor mount for those who want to mount this mini pc behind a monitor so it's completely invisible on your desk! One of the HDMI cables is very short for this purpose, allowing you to better manage the cables behind the monitor. 10 out of 5 stars! I would highly recommend this mini pc to anyone looking for a new pc at home or even at work. You will have no regrets and won't be able to buy another desktop after experiencing it.
