Buy quality training shoes.

***5. November 2018 I've been wearing these shoes longer than I should. I've been wearing them to the gym regularly since I bought them. I have Morton's Neuroma in my right foot and the memory foam has ripped at the balls of my feet and is extremely uncomfortable. I also posted a photo of my left heel sporting a memory foam hole. Comfortable shoes except for one problem.

I really liked these shoes, but I noticed that my left leg started to hurt and I couldn't understand what was the reason. There was no infection, no blisters, nothing. My leg looked fine. It only hurt when touched. I did a pedicure, it still hurts, I put cream on my feet. still hurts I've tried everything and was about to make an appointment with an orthopedist when I noticed that there was a large indentation in my boot where the pain was and a round hole right where my foot was hurting. Does not meet Ryka standards

First of all, I wish shoe manufacturers wouldn't automatically assume that a woman who wears size 40 shoes has a thicker foot. I don't mean wider, I mean thicker all around. I tighten the laces as tight as I can, but it doesn't help. There's too much room in these shoes. But I've encountered this on other shoes, so I can't blame Ryku for that.
