Mostly Chinese instructions. Went to Youtube for a little help. Boxing isn't that easy. Most paper is like magazine paper. I'll end up making some of these out of thicker paper. It is difficult to prevent them from breaking when assembling. I have a beautiful tree and beautiful greenery.

has a different battery compartment and seems to need a small battery. Someone said to get round ones but couldn't figure out how to fit them into a round case as it looks like it needs a straight one, like less than aaa. So I was never able to get the light to work, so I took a leftover from another kit that uses AAA batteries and everything is fine now.

Comes with everything labeled with instructions although they are not in English it's ok a bit difficult to figure out as it's my first Attempt was to build/make it. After a few minutes it gets easier. Very cute and beautifully finished. Good price! I advise! Great project to work on. No box included, please order separately.

I thought it was a very nice scene. At first I'm 47, I consider myself smart, and that requires patience, dexterity and little fingers. The pieces are very small. I don't think a child could do that. Maybe a 14 year old kid with an interest. The kit does not include wood glue, so be sure to buy your own. The instructions are step by step and I can follow so far. Very laborious, not fast craft.

It was so much fun! I color matched my miniature house to my house, upgraded it with some craft supplies and had many hours of building fun. The music box and lights work great and look amazing on my robe. That little panda cookie you actually cut off the bun is so cute. It was also a hit in video chats. It was very nice to immerse myself in the project and finally my short-sightedness stood me in good stead! Thank you!

I bought this to make for my son and daughter in law for Christmas - this is the 9th small house I have built and with some practice will get you better. I wouldn't recommend it as a first project as many of the elements are very small. I used tiny nail scissors for most of the paper cuts and replaced the AA batteries with button batteries as they are much easier to swap out. I gave this to my 70-year-old mother for Christmas as a project for both of us. It was the perfect size for both of us to work together and do things instead of watching TV. It was difficult but doable - she kept trying to add her personal touch, but I had to keep reminding her that it was a SET and there was no room for anything else. Needless to say she loved it!
