Very cute but not recommended as a first small house project
I bought this to make for my son and daughter in law for Christmas - this is the 9th small house I have built and with some practice will get you better. I wouldn't recommend it as a first project as many of the elements are very small. I used tiny nail scissors for most of the paper cuts and replaced the AA batteries with button batteries as they are much easier to swap out. I bought these from Revain and used two as it made wiring easier - they just glued them to the back. The wires were a bit short but overall a lot of fun and very cute! The kit was complete and all the instructions were in English and were pretty easy to follow.
