Works fine as intended!

I bought a refurbished version and so far so good. He threaded a 2 1/2" screw through 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood. It was difficult to turn the screw. I like the small design and the variable speed. The two downsides I see are that you can't remove the battery and it takes a little longer to charge. It's also great for small projects around the house. I would not recommend it for continuous use.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Great drill to fit into drill driver

Compact drill with lots of power. This is a great little drill for working in those hard-to-reach places. In fact, this is a great exercise for a woman who is just starting to do her own hands. I'm in no way sexist, just trying to point out that you need the right tool for the right job and the right person. The 8 volt drill is ideal for smaller hands but packs a lot of power. I'm not saying that a woman can't handle 18V, I'm just pointing out that 18V can be a difficult exercise for a beginner

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

TL;DR: great value for money. Good for small tasks. Bought this drill to use with my hard 12V. I usually keep one drill for screws and heavy work, and a second mostly for pre-drilling pilot holes or installing 1" Phillips screws. My current one was a big cheap 18v. Good drill, but I would like something smaller. Now to the point: First, it's the build quality. That's great. Feels good. Looks great. Continuous. It looks like a premium drill. The battery consists of two high quality LG 18650…

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
