Works well but needs some practice

The only thing I don't like is that it's a bit heavy but I'm not sure if there are lighter models out there. It does a great job of driving the pins just below the surface. A very handy tool and when you need it.

Pros
  • Nailer and stapler
Cons
  • I can't remember but there was something

Great tool: Power tools

Great product - highly recommend. Makes nailing the finishing pins very, very easy. The security feature is a little cumbersome, but not bad at all. I would just make that comment - it doesn't clear the log. Usually stops feeding nails when there are about 5-8 nails left. I'm not sure why that is, but it's a small issue. It's lightweight and runs on a single charge of the Ryobi 18V Lithium Ion battery. No compressor, air hoses or cords. HIGHLY recommended and I don't see why I would buy…

Pleasure to use: Power tools

Total cost $300 after I bought batteries and charger separately. I like it, it works well. Much energy. Instructions are nonsense. Figuring out how to load the pens took a bit, but at least there was a picture. Once you've loaded it up and connected the battery, it's time to shoot. The instructions don't say you have to hold the trigger for a while before it fires. I thought it broke because I expected the pin to fire instantly, but it didn't. The gun needs to warm up a bit before it fires, so…
