Figuring out how to load the pens took a bit, but at least there was a picture. Once you've loaded it up and connected the battery, it's time to shoot. The instructions don't say you have to hold the trigger for a while before it fires. I thought it broke because I expected the pin to fire instantly, but it didn't. The gun needs to warm up a bit before it fires, so hold the trigger down. I always thought I loaded the pins wrong. Dismantled and restarted several times until I figured it out. Now I have the ability, this is my new favorite
