Ryobi's 18 volt line is impressive!

I was very impressed with the Ryobi 18 volt line of tools. I work as a contractor and practice my tools every day so this cleaver lasted 4 years before it started smoking under heavy use. ! The first Ryobi tool that died on me has already been replaced.

Pros
  • Power and Hand Tools
Cons
  • old

I drilled four holes, it didn't take long.

Drilled 1/2 inch and 6 inch deep holes in concrete, got to 4th hole, smoked and burned out. Very disappointed as I'm a Ryobi supporter and probably have about 20 of their 18v tools and this is the first tool I've had trouble with. Will contact Ryobi customer service.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Doubtful
