I finally got around to using this for an ongoing remodeling project and I'm very impressed! It works great and you adjust the air pressure and nail feed drive to help with under and over rides. It consistently triggered without any further adjustments while I was using the tool. Not having an air compressor for this type of tool is a wonderful thing, especially if you're laying flooring, installing crown molding or art beams. Beautiful thing. I'll start by saying that I'm a Ryobi fan. I have a mower, a garage door opener, a drill, a 1/4 impact wrench, a 3/8 impact wrench, a blower and a weed eater. This nail hammer is just great for what I use it for. I have a wood shop that is not connected to air. So to drive nails I had to go down two flights of stairs to get them into the garage or run a hose to the workshop in the attic. Now I can just take the battery with me when I go to a project and it's that easy. Calm. It
Pin nailer works as advertised. I could change the settings to sink the pen to different depths or leave it flush with the surface. The only thing I noticed is that you have to make sure the battery is fully inserted. My battery failed twice because it was not full. The rapid fire feature, where you hold the trigger and fire the pin with every touch, was slower than the air nailer but faster than I thought. All in all, I would recommend this nail.
