Pin nailer works as advertised. I could change the settings to sink the pen to different depths or leave it flush with the surface. The only thing I noticed is that you have to make sure the battery is fully inserted. My battery failed twice because it was not full. The rapid fire feature, where you hold the trigger and fire the pin with every touch, was slower than the air nailer but faster than I thought. All in all, I would recommend this nail. It's a bit heavier compared to the pneumatic nailer and you have to use a lithium ion battery to keep the weight down, but not having to deal with an air hose is worth it in my opinion.
