When I ordered the Ryobi vac, there was information that I would like to buy a filter as it was not included in the kit. Well, he brought one, but I'm glad I still have one. Vacuum cleaner and filter work very well. Easy to clean. The vac is a little heavier than I thought it would be, but I would still buy it again. Many Thanks.

Exactly as described. Exact replacement. I also appreciate the screen pre-filter which I didn't have before as I bought it when it first came out. I've attached some photos of how it should look assembled (from what I was able to figure out while playing).

I, like everyone else, had problems with filter clogging. I still had to change the filter and decided on the pre-screen filter. When using it, I noticed that dust got past the pre-screen to the filter. Kind of useless at the moment. Just be prepared to clean the filter frequently.

This thing fits great and comes with a pre-filter which was nice. Both parts fit perfectly. My only complaint is that the product listing says this is a genuine Ryobi piece; I don't think so - the package with the parts didn't have anything marked "Ryobi" and the original filter had a Ryobi R but the replacement didn't. It's not a big deal, but I decided to spend a few bucks more on an OEM part rather than a 3rd party part. Also, some sellers offered two packs for the same price as me.

Delivered today (not May 28th when I received an empty mailbox). The seller sent FOUR assemblies which I already paid for last month. Each set is COMPLETE - pre-filter fabric and pleated paper filter. These are the main filters for the Ryobi Cordless Stick vacuum, of which I have two.
