Great idea, bad execution

The braided cable looks very luxurious. Almost an expensive feeling. The downside is that USB and magnetic connections seem cheap. Yes, the line's main focus is rotation, but there are some design issues here. The hinge itself is plastic and quite thin. We're the type that just attaches it to someone or an item of clothing that can snap off. Another thing that worries me is that the magnet will collect micro dust and other magnetic debris. DO NOT FAST CHARGE! good for computers and accessories

upgrade to 1 star I still like the idea but they DO NOT support FAST CHARGE as confirmed by customer service. Sometimes they decide to fast charge my Galaxy S9 or my kid's Galaxy S7, but most of the time they don't. Either from the original Samsung charger or the Anker fast charger. Both charge quickly with my 6ft anchor cords. A short cable charges faster than a long one. The contacts are clean, there is no dust, and this from day one. The response I got from their support team is belowโ€ฆ

Good idea, but the inconvenient data connection makes it less practical unless you just need to charge.

I have two of these sets and have been using them for about 2 months now. The first thing that struck me was how easily it loses connection when hit hard. While it keeps the connection good enough for charging, it's enough to interrupt data transfers. Data transfer is pretty close to what I would see with a regular USB-A to USB-C connection. The loading time is slower. I have a One Plus and my wife has a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. When playing YouTube Music (only music, no videos), the batteryโ€ฆ
