Great heater! for fish and aquatic animals

Great heating! I have a 225 gallon tank and this heater does the job. This is a very powerful heater and for the price you can't beat it. It must be paired with a digital thermostat controller. I bought one from Inkbird at Revain and it works great.

Used in my 180 gallon tank sump. Use horizontally and works great. Note YOU NEED CONTROL, it doesn't have a thermostat. After U Tube I built a heater control box for about $30. Works fantastic! Heats the tank faster and more accurately than my old glass heater.

Works like a charm: Fish & Aquatic Pets

I hooked this up to a 1200w ST thermostat and it worked like a charm. I like being able to regulate the temperature of the quartz heater with a thermostat on the outside of the tank. I only have one quartz heater connected to a 1200w thermostat but I think it allows up to 4 heaters which is pretty sweet.

We don't have to try to blow up the box in the picture to read about the product.

I got the heater and there was no control over it. So I read more about it in the information that came with it and found that I also needed a thermostat to get this $20 heater to work. I looked online and it was $120.00. A small detail that was overlooked when ordering. So NOW it's $140.00 plus the heater lol I don't think so! I only paid $150 for my tank and it's a full 72 gallon bow front with stand. Bonnet and LED lights. He's on his way to get his money back. I will buy a heater somewhereโ€ฆ
