Great flexible mini tripod

Great all round mini tripod, easy to carry. We've used it with our camera phone, GoPro, and mirrorless DSLR. The legs are flexible and easily adapt to uneven floors. In a pinch, that served us well. The only downside would be that it's unlikely to fit a full-size DSLR with a large lens, but to be honest it's not what it's designed for. For a lightweight travel/hiking tripod, this is a great option.

Sabrent Universal Flexible Camera Tripod - For the true adventurer

The Sabrent Camera Tripod legs are 9" long and non-telescopic. They're made of pliable material and can wrap around pipes and tree branches, allowing you to position the camera to make shooting from different angles easier. This is a great idea and professionals will find it very useful. I ordered this Sabrent to use with my Sony Cyber-shot DSC S750 which mounts perfectly on a tripod. I need a tripod so the pictures I take don't shake with unsteady hands. In fact, it confirmed the difference…

Works great with a variety of electronic devices!

I've used the Sabrent Universal Flex Tripod a few times and overall it's a fantastic and affordable desk or handheld mount. Whether you're trying to photograph yourself from an unusual angle or just want a tripod with added flexibility, the Sabrent tripod is a great choice! This little tripod is compatible with a wide range of devices - you get a smartphone clamp mount, the almost ubiquitous 1/4"-20 camera mount screw, and a GoPro adapter kit. The tripod can hold up to 2.2lbs, so it's…

11 inches tall, same functionality as Gorillapod

Gorillapod brand tripods have been on the market for many years. This is a slightly different take on the product space. The legs are flexible like the Gorillapod, but the bending mechanism is fully internal, making the tripod feel slimmer (but otherwise works the same as the Gorillapod). This one is about 11 inches tall (including the head). I think they can use the same technology to make them bigger or smaller if they want. The tripod works well as a regular table tripod, although a solid…

Gorillapod alternative, versatile, lots of accessories

This is the Swiss army knife of small tripods. Clearly inspired by the Joby Gorillapod range of flexible leg tripods, this model uses smooth silicone coated legs instead of the Joby ball joint chain. They grip and hold equally well, although they are slightly heavier than a gorillapod of the same size. One thing I appreciate is the lack of a detachable tripod mount. Some people might like them, but I always lose them. I prefer to screw the camera directly onto the tripod without loss of detail.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
