Goes off accidentally frequently, and the batteries died about a month in. I was able to buy some replacement batteries, but the screw stripped in the plastic, so now I'm holding it together with gorilla tape. It does what I need it to do, letting me know when my elderly mother needs me.

Uses batteries too quickly for something that doesn't do anything until activated. Apparently, my problem was the batteries themselves. I put the third set in several months ago and it's working fine. It gets a lot of use. The customer service is great though, even offered to send new batteries. We're happy.

Receiver required plug into electric socket to work. It would be better if there is a battery option. You should be able to take it to the backyard where there is no electric socket.

This is going to be just right after my daughter has her extensive surgery. I will be able to move from room to room and still know when to help her. It is a good quality product and I am more than happy with it.

I don't really know how to rate this as parts work excellent, but the necklace never worked at all. Even ordered a second necklace hoping it would work - same thing, never worked at all. The call buttons (I originally ordered two) worked great after pairing as instructed - they still work and I love the concept and action. Manufacture help was almost totally useless - One said try new batteries, another said said just return to revain and they will give you a full refund. I will not buy another

I bought one of these, and it works great, the only problem I had was when my son got into the shower with the alarm around his neck. It will rust. I took it apart cleaned it with alcohol, and it will work for a while until the next time. I ordered another one, and the battery was dead. Now I would like to buy a replacement battery, but have no idea what to buy.I looked on line, but they all look too big. Please someone help.

Don't pay for unnecessary subscription services if you are providing care in your home. Got this for my Octogenarian parent. When he squeezes the SOS Donut the plug-in alarms (we have placed around the house) sound and we head straight to his assistance! The alarms have volume control and multiple different tone selections. No WIFi, no Bluetooth, no remote signaling.just for the home. And it works GREAT!

I bought this system so that I did not constantly have to check on my disabled sister upstairs when I had to work during the day and at night if she needed to go to the restroom. Of all the things I bought for the house to care for her, this was the best and the most inexpensive. Since then, I have bought 2 as gifts for friends who now care for their disabled parents. No more waking up in the middle of the night to check if they are OK. Loud bell, you will definitely wake up if they need you!

Another revain Prime product to the rescue! I didn't know this existed until found while browsing medical assistance aids on revain. But I knew I needed it. Using it to communicate with caregiver from family member's bedroom, especially useful @ night. Ridiculously easy to install and use. I bought this to use as a "nurse call button" I give it 5 stars for it's function. I give my mom-in-law 1 star for how often she pushes the button for stupid stuff like to take her socks off her or to readjust her blanket.

We bought this for father, who is bed ridden to call us when he needs us and it is working wonderfully. The call button that can be worn around the neck is very easy for him to use. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is that we could not hear the bell on both floors. We purchased a second unit to have one upstairs and one downstairs, but he has to wear two call buttons around his neck. Would be great is it was expandable.

Loved the easy ability for the elderly person to use the system. A two-way system was too cumbersome, and a baby monitor would be too noisy for the caregiver to get a good night's sleep.

We bought this wireless doorbell for the dad to ring us in the night he needed us. Very simple to set up and works like a charm. It has different rings and volume settings for your choises. I think it was a good price for what we needed.

My 87 year old Mom uses this whenever she needs anything as she stays on the 3rd floor. When I'm in the lower level I never worry that her needs aren't going unnoticed. She loves it. Unfortunately, She likes testing it on us as a joke to see how fast we respond! :-/ LOL

Works perfectly, and through masonry walls, so the signal goes beyond what I expected, and the receiver was put far away from the ring. I just wish the ring had a wrist version, so it’s not left behind.

the doorbell wireless remote works but the pager did not work at all. I even went and bought new batteries for $5 each and the personal pager still did not work. I would like the seller to send me another pager.
