We ordered 4 of these bar stools and they all arrived undamaged. They look just like the pictures. The only thing I wasn't aware of when ordering is that they have a stainless steel finish and no chrome. The base comes with rubber pads to help protect floors. These bar stools are beautiful! We got these for our newly renovated kitchen and I love the modern lines. The gray goes perfectly with our gray surfaces as well as the gray tones of the floor tiles and granite countertops. My 10 year old son put 4 of these together in about 30-40 minutes so I think other people could do the same. The stools arrived yesterday and were better than expected. Please note the metal is rust free and not chrome plated. The thickness of the steel is approximately 3/8 inch at the thinnest dimension around the spine. There are no plastic parts. The skin is radiantly white and comfortable.
