Good quality for covering large areas.

Installed on the bottom of the kayak cockpit to avoid sliding. Flexible and adheres well to polypropylene. Use a wooden roller to press down. Material is "foot friendly" (rough but won't tear on bare feet). However, dragging heavy equipment across the surface can induce tears.

Pros
  • Textured elastic surface Soft texture, non-slip, comfortable for barefoot.
Cons
  • Some bugs

Very comfortable but may not tolerate high heat

As other reviewers have noted, this material is really good. It is rubbery, soft and supple. Easy to use. HOWEVER, it does seem to frizz in extreme heat, something more traditional tapes that feel more like sandpaper don't do. So I'm giving 4 stars because I'm concerned about durability in hot weather or direct sunlight on a metal ramp.

Pros
  • Simply position, peel off paper and apply to a smooth, clean, dry, oil-free surface.
Cons
  • Other Other

So cool I bought it twice

I use this on the ramp for my dogs. I used to have a ramp and had to take it down because I repainted the ramp. It was almost impossible to tear off, it stuck so well! And the board underneath looked brand new. I was surprised. So I didn't hesitate to buy another roll to put down. This went on for 2 winters in Ohio, 3 dogs used the ramp to get off the deck to the ground - and I'm sure it would have taken longer if I hadn't had to remove it to fix the boards. That's great!

Pros
  • High quality raw material Long life and durability.
Cons
