I bought these because they look better than regular white ones, allow quick access to cupboards and still don't get in the way of my inquisitive 9 month old daughter. that I don't want her. Simply a 5 star product.

Hard to complain for the price. But I have to say that they are a bit harder to slide than the Safety 1st ones which are significantly more expensive. They still serve their purpose but are not as smooth and easy to put on and take off.

They are easy to use from a parent/guardian perspective, but my toddler (ca. at the slightest faintness he was able to snap them onto the handles and take them off. When they tight, they work – for the time being.

I love these cabinet locks! It's easy for me to open them, but my kids still haven't figured them out. I also like the gray color because it goes better with my espresso cabinets than the white ones we had previously, which were like a sore thumb.

I have used them on two different cabinets with handles and they are fairly easy to remove from the handles even when tightened as tight as possible. Damn. They might be great for cabinets with open handles that you can fit locks through, but not our small cabinets with handles.

As other reviewers have noted, this does not match all cabinet/door hardware. It's great and pretty easy to use. However, due to the construction and the fact that the slide lock is thicker than the hook part, it does not fit the closet handles exactly. It didn't match the pens on our bookshelves. It fits on the handles on our kitchen cabinets, but when the child grows up they can remove it with little effort. I would recommend this product for cabinet handles only (so you can thread the lock…
