Loud and bright but works great indoors

Works as advertised. It has a lightweight plastic body but seems sturdy enough for regular use. We have these very pesky tiny "pantry moths" that come out every time we go in or out, so I keep this zipper in my spare room when the lights are off. Any bug that gets too close to him explodes into dust (the sound is like those tiny "popper" fireworks, little paper gunpowder packages that kids throw on the ground). The explosion is sometimes so strong that the zapper on the hook sways slightly. Myโ€ฆ

Works well - loud sound on bug killer

This insect trap is well made and definitely does the job. It is "easier to clean" than regular zappers. It has a built-in "brush" that can be periodically carried over the grille to clean it of insect debris. According to the instructions, it can also be disassembled for more thorough cleaning. Haven't done it yet but plan to do so before winter storage. The only "complaint" I have is that it's noisy - instead of the usual clicking sound (usually a low "buzzing sound"), it makes a loudโ€ฆ
