Affordable Multimeter

Accuracy appears to be a few hundredths below the voltage scale. Everything else is within reason for a hobby. All I was really looking for was an inductance tester and I found an almost complete test lab in a pair of tweezers. The signal generator recognizes crisp right angles and smooth sine waves.

Great addition to my lab toolkit!

This is a very handy little tool. I like that it has a built in RLC meter as well as a voltage test. This is the perfect addition to my professional electronics lab. I wish I had a scope and multimeter probes that you could hold in one hand. As always, Sainsmart brings their customers another great product and in over 8 years as a customer I am still not disappointed.

The material it is made of is lightweight plastic. I find it not very durable. Do not get me wrong. I'm just saying it's good plastic but light weight. Another thing is that you MUST download the instruction manual from their website and then use it. One last thing, sometimes it freezes when you put it in automatic mode, in this case you have to restart it. overall rating. Good

Measures LCR, tests diodes and LEDs up to 3V and outputs test signals. Very helpful.

I like it. An LCR tweezer and diode/LED tester that also features an "identify" setting, a DC voltage measurement from -5 to +40 V, and outputs for sine, noise, square (aka "pulse") and a user programmable waveform. Charges via USB and comes with a USB to USB-C cable. If there is a firmware update, programming is quite easy. The USB connection is also used to program a user programmable waveform.
