Very upset and disappointed. Two pins that were not damaged, such as .

Absolutely terrible product. On arrival 6 handles out of 8 were broken and leaking. Dripping ink. The seller also does not offer returns or refunds. I have 6 new $18 pens that are completely useless and just thrown away. Very upset and disappointed. The two pens, which have not been damaged like the others, write very well. It's not worth it at all.

Essential for quality drawings

As a professional artist, Micron pens are essential drawing tools for me. I have used hundreds of these pens and the quality is always excellent. These prices are the best I've found and I'm a lifetime customer because the service is also rated 5 stars. Artists, please note I'm always testing paper I haven't tried yet... Micron archival inks are permanent on craft tile, index card and watercolor paper, previously used with watercolors and colored pencils - the ink won't bleed or bleed. I LOVE…

Very accurate pen size.

I ran out of Sharpie 0.5 pens and bought Ibayam 0.5 which wrote like 0.9. I came back and bought another brand also 0.5 but this one says 1.0 but I decided to keep it because it is waterproof. Then I bought this Micron 0.2 thinking I would have to downsize the pin to get a 0.5 but this one matches the pin size. Really writes like 0.2. Very good. And he writes very fluently. Although it's not the pen size I wanted, I kept it because I like it. I then bought Artline 0.2 and it finally writes like

Great for artists Good for drawing

One of my favorite mediums is pen and ink. I have always used these pens for my work as the ink is long lasting and offers the quality I am looking for in a pen. So far I've always gotten more than my money's worth in the ink that comes with each pen. Once dry, you can paint over the work without fear of spreading or smudging. Great tool. The images above are from a painting I made for my daughter after she discovered a hole full of broken starfish that had been washed ashore after a storm. I…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Factor Set

I've bought these pens a few times from Revain and they write beautifully in my bible. They don't show through and I find it very enjoyable to take notes and underline the passages I read on a daily basis. However, that last batch shipped (not from Revain but from the manufacturer) was ridiculous. From the outside the package was fine, so they can't blame UPS or USPS for that. When I opened the package (I ordered two packages, 8 each) one package was full, the other package was open with only 7

READ THE DESCRIPTION to understand what you are buying!

I thought I'd buy 10 pens. When the product arrived the box said there would be 12 pens in the box and there were 8 in the box. I went back to the Revain website and saw that the description said '8 pens'. I'm not sure if I read the description correctly before, if the product description has changed - I see one of the answers to the questions that they received 12 pens. I noticed that someone indicated that they received drying sticks - I tested mine and all 8 works. let's see how long they…

This is what I am buying for myself

I have been teaching art for over twenty years and I have seen a number of students show incredible attention to illustrative detail. This little tip is not for beginners. They break if you look at them the wrong way. This is for those who have a very light and controlled touch. The artist can do magic with this tip. I wish they were there when I first started teaching art, and I can remember two specific alumni who probably still use them today. Once upon a time I would have put these pens in…

Good Pencils for Artists

If you have random hands this may not work. My pens have gone from a thin tip to a much larger tip because I'm so heavy in my hands. They don't show through laptop paper as easily, so that's a plus. Suitable for small parts of linear work. I've used them for both illustrations and my comics. Ideal for watercolors and markers. Not much crayon. My Prisma colored pencils completely cover the lines I make with this pencil. But there are downsides too: my pen "died” with a ton of ink in it. I felt…
