I use glue to attach paper, but I also use it to accent most of my handmade greeting cards. When I have a character with eyes, they get glue. When I have flowers they get glue and glitter. If there are buttons, loops, buckles, fat lips, hair bows, etc., they get glue. Sometimes I apply a second layer to the dried first layer for more volume. I really have nothing to compare as I have never used any other brand of glaze but it took 48 hours. My bottle caps were completely dry which was a bit of a surprise. I used the back of the lid for the frosting, so the drying layer wasn't very thick. I attach caps to hair bows and some of them have had to be re-glazed to remove fingerprints even though it's been over 24 hours since they were glazed.
