The best thing about this tool is that it can be used by anyone who wants to optimize their sales process, even if they don't have any technical skills or experience with CRM systems. I like how easy it was for me as an inexperienced user (and also my team) in using the software because there are many tutorials available online which will help you learn all of its features quickly. We were able to create custom workflows without coding knowledge; we only had to follow some simple steps…
