I like that I can use the software at my own convenience. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use with no confusion whatsoever. The software is easy to install and use. I dislike that I can only access the software from the client's computer. I would have preferred if it was possible to have some sort of desktop application. I like that it has so many different features, including scheduling appointments with clients as well! It's also easy to use for both my staff members AND myself!! Sometimes there are glitches when you're trying something new (like using an app instead of logging in through our website), but those can be easily fixed by contacting customer service if needed or just waiting until they fix them themselves :) My salon would benefit from having more people who know how this program works because…
