Samlex RC 15A Remote Control 600 1000 Review

Controls the Samlex inverter. Long cable, too long for my purposes. I trimmed it down to about 18 inches and pinned it back in order.

Works with inverter for indoor control, in this case it is used in Class A motorhomes. When the inverter needs to be turned on, we don't need to go outside it.

I installed a Samlex PST-600 next to the battery. I use the remote control that is installed in my control cabinet in the camper. This means I can't go outside to turn the inverter on or off.

I bought a Samlex inverter many years ago and used it 24/7 during a 5.5 day power outage. This remote device allows me to bring the device into an RV. Just make sure you READ Devices That Fit (PST) before ordering.

This part makes the whole inverter work for my application. I can leave it off to save battery and turn the device on with a quick press of a button. The remote control also allowed me to install the inverter in a hard-to-reach place, leaving room for other things.

I bought this remote on/off switch for my Samlex 600w sine wave inverter to prevent the batteries from being drained on idle when not in use. The inverter is located in a remote location, which makes it difficult to access the device's switch. I tested the switch with the included 16ft cable and it works great, but my application requires the purchase of a 50ft cable.
