I originally ordered this dryer to dry fruit and veg before cooking and whilst it worked as expected I also found another use for it as a dish dryer. We have a long deep stainless steel sink in our kitchen (no double sinks) and this has been a nice addition when it comes to drying small items. I love the convenience of having a colander over the sink. Because of the coronavirus, I wash all products in a vinegar bath. I wish I had found this strainer sooner! It fits perfectly in my sink and under my wood chopping block. I can tuck the strainer under the chopping block when not in use and pull it out quickly when I use it to wash fruit and veg or dry small items.
