clear open box: tablets

I have over a dozen Samsung tablets and phones. It was the first phone with unsealed packaging, open inner box, no foil on the charger and no foil on the glass. This is clearly at least an open box not advertised unless returned or repaired. I will not buy from this seller again. I will come back to this review if any flaws come to light.

Beautiful, good value for money

Finally the buttons have been transferred to the screen. No hardware navigation keys. I like. Very good screen, clear and bright. What I don't like: 1: The screen seems to get scratches easily. Using an SD card for tablets

Remember that the tablet is excellent nonetheless. Samsung, in all its glory, chose to REMOVE the ability to transfer apps to the SD card, rendering the tablet almost unusable as its memory fills up very quickly. Many messages went back to Samsung in vain. Again, the tablet is excellent, barring one quirk that Samsung will hopefully fix with a software update at some point.

Liked the 2017 version better; can't recommend this one

This is my second Samsung Tab A. I loved my first one until I accidentally dropped it in the wash. So I bought a new one (SM-T290) expecting the same performance or better. Unfortunately, the new one is a big step backwards. UPDATE: Do not purchase this edition. What should have been a great tablet has been seriously misrepresented by Samsung. Although it has an SD card slot, you cannot move apps to it. There isn't enough RAM (only 2GB) to function properly - even web browsing in the Chrome…
