A good product, I advise you to try it.

Included in M2 PCI-E 3.0 x4 motherboard gigabyte aourus b450 elite. Bios ated to the latest (f52 like). Earned immediately. I took the 250 gig version because after installing solidworks, visual studio and all office programs, half of the volume remains free, and I used to store all the files on my personal cloud (gigabit LAN). I also recommend that you do not “settle in” your disk with the system and do not install unnecessary software and store garbage on it. I reinstall Windows once a year…

Pros
  • Works norms. Compared to a good Sata disk, the speed of Windows has increased by 25 percent, but not more, and that is more likely because Windows has been reinstalled. But it's almost invisible. I took the disk because I started working in SolidWorks. Well, in solid there was no difference in work). So I don’t really see the point in switching to m2, since the speed of working with 4k blocks is the same as that of sata drives.
Cons
  • Of course, everything is rather damp with m2 now)) in order for Windows to install, I had to turn off all other disks. I personally didn’t like that this form factor has such a thin board - I was afraid to break it during installation.

If you plan to take only for the system and application programs - then the very thing is 256 GB! If you are planning to install games, then it is better to look at 500 GB or 1 TB models. There, the resource is higher, and it is desirable then to buy a passive radiator. It heats up to 63-65 degrees at the peak when the system boots. If you play with games installed on it, this figure can be even higher. Maybe I'll do a review on it later.

Pros
  • Speed and again speed (3400-3300 Mb / s for reading). Get the most out of M.2
Cons
  • The price is high, especially towards the end of the year (we took it for 4699 in a "good" store). And it costs more than 5000 .

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

Excellent ssd for the money, probably one of the fastest ssd up to 5k. I bought a radiator from Ali, removed the shameful regular copper sticker. Idle temperatures 39 memory/43 controller. Under a long load (20 minutes on a perdel) 50 memory / 60 controller, more than 60 does not heat up for life, and this case is not particularly ventilated. These Samsungs do not like overheating, a little throttling begins especially noticeably after 70 on the controller, well, to each his own. Top device for

Pros
  • Fast, the performance is exactly the same as the manufacturer assures.
Cons
  • No stock radiator

I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

I compared this SSD with my SiliconPower P34A80. It turned out that in the CrystalDiskMark test, the Samsung 970 evo plus is slower than the SP. This was confirmed by the regular program samsung magician. And at the same time, Samsung heats up much more than SP. In the load, samsung is at 60 degrees, and SP is a little over 40. Although the radiators on them are the same. I am attaching screenshots of test results. I hope that samsung is at least more reliable and will last longer.

Pros
  • 1) Pretty fast. 2) I hope that it is reliable and will serve for a long time.
Cons
  • 1) It gets hot.

Even a simple SSD in the system is seriously pleasing. And here it is even faster at times! There is no screw included, that's right. But there is a screw on the motherboard. Notes during operation, which do not affect the assessment - during the copying of large volumes, heating up to 55 degrees, the first week in idle time it warmed up in the region of 42-43 degrees (according to the indications of the Samsung Magician application). Then everything became colder - 35-38.

Pros
  • Speed, stability.
Cons
  • Did not reveal

I bought this SSD in order to install Win11 there and test the new system, while leaving the system with Win10 on the old Samsung SATA SSD. Application load times haven't changed: Win1*, Lightroom, photoshop, games all load at the same speed as on a SATA SSD. Only the speed of copying files increased, otherwise I did not notice any differences during operation.

Pros
  • Fast, takes up minimal space in the system unit, affordable price.
Cons
  • It heats up a lot, it's hard to feel the performance gain after switching from a SATA SSD.

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

An almost legendary drive in its segment, which combines high speed, proven reliability, and an affordable price. Moreover, the speed is even slightly higher than stated in the specification. I use it as a system disk for Windows 11 and programs in the new system unit - everything works very quickly, the response of the system as a whole is lightning fast. Installed under the motherboard heatsink, so it doesn't get too hot. In general, if we talk about the best PCIe 3.0 SSD, then this is…

Pros
  • speed, quality, price.
Cons
  • based on the needs of the average PC user, there are no shortcomings as such.

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

The disc is really very fast, packed qualitatively, original. Excellent response of the system, at idle about 56 g, under load without a radiator, I did not dare to test it, I will select a radiator for it. . the radiator did not help much, but this is the monoblock's fault - there is not enough space for ventilation.

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Has some pros: Excellent ssd, the speed of work is amazing. There was hdd on the laptop, the disk removed all lags and friezes - now everything works stably. Cons: No bolt included. Not critical, in a retail store CSN was given away for free.

Speed 3300 reading, 2200 writing, heating 43-44 in operation, 48-49 in copying a large volume of about 150Gb. Connected through a PCI controller, bought at a well-known site, it was determined without problems. The boot speed of pure Windows is 4 seconds slower than when booting from a SATA SSD in the M2 slot, most likely due to the specifics of UEFI. Pros below: Speed, price is acceptable, especially given the bonuses thanks. PCI bus. Has cons: I had to dance with a tambourine near a rather…

I was surprised by the quality for the price.

The temperature at work is 44-46 degrees (coding, surfing, youtube). When copying files, it heats up to 52-56 (and sometimes even higher). Acquired for a PC in the country. With a cold Xeon E5 2630L-V3, this drive is the hottest in the case. (the photo shows the temperature of the CPU in the tray (31-33) 40 - maximum! Even the old GTX 670 does not heat up like that. Definitely need a heatsink. But, despite all these "conditional" disadvantages, I am satisfied with the purchase))

Pros
  • After the usual SSD (Intel 530 Series) - the read / write speed on NVMe is pleasantly surprising))
Cons
  • Like all NVMe, it gets very hot, you need to install a heatsink.

I bought it to switch to windows 10 in the summer of 2022, I won’t say that you will see a huge increase in speed compared to good ssds, but nevertheless it performs its declared functions properly, but with one drawback, this is heating. in the drain when the computer is idle, its temperature is 50 degrees! and under load, it reached 67 ! for those who will purchase it: urgently order a radiator from Ali or attach a fan for airflow, which will remove 10-15 degrees of heat. For such a price…

Pros
  • - smart, not buggy - good software
Cons
  • - heats up without a radiator and airflow above 60 degrees under load in my system
