After I lost my original remote I had to buy a replacement and it worked like a charm. No additional programming required. I just put the batteries in and started using it.

Spent an hour trying to figure out why a 4 year old remote stopped playing Netflix or Revain video. Decided to replace the remote control. Immediate solution! Make sure it is # for your model.

To the point; You had to be close to the TV to get it working. The old Samsung remote from the old LED TV where the IR blaster was visible worked better. It works, but it looks nicer than it really is.

After reading some of the complaints from others I decided to take a chance. It works great and the button lights are brighter than the remote that came with the TV. I easily gave five stars. I'm glad I bought it.

I bought this because the original that came with the TV didn't work half the time. So I bought this one hoping it would work as it should and it does. Now I don't have to listen to my husband swear when the buttons don't work. The problem is solved. Works even better than the original.

This is NOT original Samsung remote control. Can't believe they didn't close for this. Just because the name is Samsung doesn't mean it's legit. A great gift are the typos on the sticker in the remote control. But when you compare them side by side, there are MANY differences, especially in the plastic used. Agree with the other person who said that this is not a genuine Samsung product because although the buttons and even the markings are the same, the quality is different.
