The tablet is a fantastic value for the money, it has a good screen and sound, and it can retain a charge for a very long period. I would gladly use this device as the only one (for both my business and my multimedia needs), if it weren't for the fact that I already have a smartphone. I got it cheap. If it were not for the screen resolution and some dullness of the processor (compared to a smartphone), I would be satisfied. Has pros: Ease. Easy to hold with one hand. The battery lasts for a full day of heavy use. Has cons: Screen resolution leaves much to be desired. The processor is somewhat slow.

It was a good deal for me. I would have a higher level of satisfaction with the product if it weren't for the low screen resolution and the somewhat slow processing speed (when compared to a smartphone).

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service response I received from this seller confirms it! The charger that came with this tablet is not normal and I couldn't figure out how it works! I contacted the supplier and he immediately agreed to send me a US charger. I received great service and this supplier deserves credit for a great job!

The product I was sent was used and had a tag on the back. Also, the ambient light sensor was poor and kept sending the screen to dim. And third, the tablet is in a different language and we couldn't proceed with the setup because we can't understand what the tablet is trying to tell us. It's in a different language!

If you are going to travel or buy someone a gift, please do not buy this product. I bought this product as a gift for someone in the Caribbean as an international and unlocked product but this is not correct. Cell phone LTE or 4G_ not working. When I called Samsung they said it was a product made specifically for Africa. And I need to contact Adm TI in Africa to fix the problem. I call Samsung in Latin America, they told me to bring the product to the Samsung center to fix the problem…

This international version was the one I found when looking for the Galaxy Tab. However, it was fraught with problems. Nothing seemed to work. Almost every app including the Google Play Store has crashed and/or crashed while using here. It shouldn't matter, but it seems to have mattered in my case. I sent it back and got the domestic US version (no cellular :-()). So far it works much better.

. Called Samsung they are still working on getting me a return label and all the repair shops here (mpls) are busy and have not been able to for weeks reach. That alone should speak volumes about Samsung's quality. I'll admit that I've had very few issues with Samsung in the past, but that doesn't seem to be the case. A NOTICE! International version has NO WARRANTY from Samsung. The screen size is good, but the device itself is slow to respond to touch. I advise you not to buy this product…
