I bought 3 of them, one for me, my wife and my son. Everyone was very satisfied, unfortunately one of the mounts "hung" (with me). The tension spring has jumped out of position. There's still some tension, but not enough I'm afraid. I contacted Revain and they gave me a mailer to send it back for a refund. I love Revain Prime. I will order more.

It's okay. You can feel the phone sliding in and out of the holder. cheap? The mechanisms you activate to stabilize your phone often fail within a few days. Everything is OK. To be honest, at one point I bought the best right off the Verizon store for the $20 I would have if I didn't have to change my windshield.

Works great! Be careful when you pull the latch at the top when you put your phone in. I overtightened and a stretch popped out of the latch. It still holds my phone well, but it would probably be better with a spring. Take the time to read the instructions. Overall it holds my phone better than my last car phone holder and my phone doesn't fall out on tight corners! Yippe :) I also think the price is reasonable. I recommend it.

I really like it so far. I've recorded several car trips with this car mount and the video doesn't shake or wobble like other cheaper car mounts I've tried. It feels like the boxes are alive and difficult to open. There were no instructions on how to attack the part that holds the phone to the rest of the device. And at first I couldn't connect the two parts. Just by accident I found that the part that attaches to the car was assembled upside down so the part that holds the phone didn't snap in place to match the photos. I have a Galaxy S5 with a case. However, when I received my car mount I was very pleased with how well it stuck to my window. I was a bit disappointed that it broke as soon as I tried to attach my phone to it. When I pulled the foil out to hold my phone it popped right out the side. Yes. Pretty terrible.
