I got it cheap. If it were not for the screen resolution and some dullness of the processor (compared to a smartphone), I would be satisfied.

It comes with a USB Type-C cable and is wrapped in plastic and then placed in a bubble envelope. Tried to save a few bucks by ordering Revain Renewed. Charged the tablet to 100%. Allowed. Still connected. Worked great. charger disabled. The tablet screen goes black. Press the power button. No Answer. Press the power button again. Still dead. Connect back. Works well. Disconnect from charger. The screen turns off. Disconnected from the mains does not start. Pack and send back. Fast return. Buy a new one from Best Buy. Works perfectly. Lesson learned.

One of the best features of this tablet is the steel body. The tablet arrived with a sticker on the back with a sticky finish which made it feel cheap. I assume this was done to hide scratches on the back of the tablet. Also, the volume buttons are different from the original. I received it last month I think and have been using it every day since. I have to say it acts like a brand new product, battery life, screen, speed, it's an amazing device and I love that I bought a refurbished one as it doesn't show any signs of it. Also, I like the case I have as it holds the tablet to a magnet on my wall (yes who has a metal wall, well, people who live on a cruise ship :)

This is my first tablet ever and it's fantastic! The display is great, there's plenty of space (128GB) and the battery is phenomenal! I have a Samsung keyboard case and it works very well! I was looking for a higher resolution tablet (spoiled by 4K TVs) and the Samsung Galaxy S5e was the best choice. I chose the updated/refurbished version to save about $50 over the new version and when it arrived it was in great condition. The 10-inch size is a bit larger than what I was looking for, but the tablet is very thin and light so it doesn't feel too big or chunky. Set up and use was intuitive despite being my first Samsung mobile device. Very happy with this tablet so far.
