Very Comfortable - Virtual Reality (VR) Headset

Much more comfortable than the original and also blocks light bleeding from the nasal area. I was able to watch a full-length movie without removing or adjusting my headset. It's worth getting one of them.

Great replacement Gear VR cover

I replaced my original Gear VR mat, this is comfortable and soft, I like it better than the standard cover. Would order again. I felt it fit my nose better and became softer. I grabbed it again easily. I cut out the original area of the nose that I didn't feel was necessary.

Definitely an upgrade from the awful that came with the device itself

Definitely an upgrade from the horrible that came with the device itself. Now I could see a lot more than 20 minutes before. I'm only deducting one star because it's still not comfortable enough to watch the hour and a half movie.

Really important!

I can finally use Gear VR for more than 10 minutes without feeling like I've been slapped in the face! This overlay was very easy to install. The shape appears slightly thicker and more streamlined than the standard version. This makes it more comfortable to wear for a long time. Haven't had to wash it yet but it's nice to know it's an option.

Not worth buying - Accessories

I retract my original review. Having had it for a few months now, it really doesn't get any better than stock. It has sharp edges, after washing it became even thinner and the outer layer is torn. Pain, I need to buy another one ASAP. Especially when it was terribly expensive for a thin flat felt tube.

This mask has a premium soft feel and works great for GearVR on my face.

I would highly recommend this product. The original GearVR mask actually scratched and scared my face. This new mask feels softer and denser. The mechanism adheres better to my face and doesn't rub. As other people say, "This is a must-have for Gear VR users." This mask is good for long-term use.

Great for long viewing sessions

This should be a standard Gear VR item. The standard Gear VR face pad will bite your face in 10 minutes, making watching Netflix or any other video almost impossible. They are soft, comfortable and I can wear them throughout the film. An indispensable thing for those who use Virtual Reality for any period of time. Installs in seconds! I threw the original front panel in the trash.
