Samsung Smart 2 in 1 Qwerty Remote Control - RMC-QTD1 for Enhanced Samsung SMARTTV Experience Review

Purchased to replace one of my original controllers. I hooked it up to my TV but all the function keys didn't work, some worked intermittently, and some worked just like the original. Not sure what caused it to do this so I'm sending it back for a refund. Packed and ready for dispatch on Monday. I think I'll have to look elsewhere for another one.

Not compatible with Samsung 5200 40”. Absolutely useless. It can only turn the TV on and off. The keyboard side (reason for spending $80!) doesn't work at all! Customer service has made several attempts to respond and returning it costs me shipping and restocking! I will never buy anything from this company again.

Looks good. It has 2 sides. One side is exactly the same as a regular Samsung remote control. The other side is why I buy it: it looks like a keyboard but it doesn't work. Keeps asking for a pair. When I connect, only the normal page works. I've tried many times, on different days, in different ways. Always follow the instructions in the manual.
