Description of Samsung Galaxy SmartTag+ Plus: Bluetooth Smart Home Accessory to Locate Lost Items - Black, 1 Pack

Find Important Things: Bluetooth powered SmartTag+ mounts easily to your keychain, bag, wallet, glasses case, or other personal accessories; If you think your lost item is nearby, tap the ring button on your cell phone and follow the familiar sound to the volume you set. AR Finding: This walks you step-by-step to the lost item, and gives you a uniquely visual way to locate it with a SmartTag+ attached; It even lets you know you're close with a glimmering green sensor light when you're at the destination; It shows you the way on your mobile phone screen through the SmartThings app. Recovery From Far Away: Your tagged item is out of range. No problem. Even when offline, the Galaxy Find Network can use scanned data to find it privately; You can also switch to other devices you own, like your tablet or smart watch, to locate your items. One-Click Convenience: SmartTag+ can control various IoT devices in your smart home with just a click of a button, so you can turn on the lights in your home before you even step inside. Galaxy SmartTag+ has a Bluetooth range of up to 120m without obstacles; Actual performance may vary depending on the environment where they are used. Samsung account log-in and registration on SmartThings Find is required; SmartTag+ needs to be paired with ultra-wideband(UWB)-enabled Galaxy smartphones with Android 11 or higher to fully function. AR finding works between gadgets that support UWB technology, including Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 2; Accuracy may be reduced if there's an obstacle between you and the tag, like when the tag is in a drawer, behind a wall, or in a car; This feature is only available with certain Galaxy devices; IoT devices need to be registered within the SmartThings app for feature to function; IoT products sold separately.

Samsung SmartTag Say no to losers - my review

Remember, keychain, when you whistle, it starts to beep? In general, the exact same technology, but at times more advanced. The keychain is small, the design is beautiful. The hole is wide, suitable for both keys and a collar. Samsung smart tag only works with Galaxy, other smartphones cannot be used with them. How to use. It's simple, you need to attach SmartTag to an item, such as keys, purse or collar. If you lose something, just launch the app and see where the item was last. And this can

Best Key Finder in Item Finder

Husband keeps losing keys. I bought it for Father's Day and my eldest daughter hid the keys under the crib mattress in our house. The app worked great and he was able to find it in minutes without any help.

Pros
  • Augmented Reality Search works between gadgets that support UWB technology including Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 2; Accuracy may decrease if there is an obstacle between you and the tag, such as a road. For example, if the tag is in a drawer, behind a wall, or in a car. This feature is only available on select Galaxy devices; IoT devices must be registered with the SmartThings app for the feature to work; IoT products sold separately

money well spent. I wish I had done this a while ago

I've been using the SmartThings hub and apps for a while so I wanted to try this smart tag. I thought about getting a tile, but after reading and browsing a few reviews, Tile had no clue about Apple and Samsung smart tags. So since I have a Galaxy phone and tablet, SmartTag just made sense. I set up a double tap to ring my phone (which it does on HIGH RING even if it vibrates or doesn't bother, which is perfect) and I set up a single tap to toggle the garage light on and off, and a Option to…

Wonderful!

I bought this device to monitor my daughter during school hours and on the bus. It works great. I can track it from a very long distance as seen in the picture as long as the galaxy or android is close to the marker. I was a bit worried about the distance and how I would get real-time notifications throughout the day since I was so far away. As soon as I update the app, it says my daughter is in kindergarten. I contact her nanny and she confirms that she is indeed with my daughter. I am so…

The concept and functionality are perfect. An oily life is a joke

So. I'm buying a Smart Tag+, they come with a battery attached. I don't like the Apple ones that have a plastic tether that you have to take out to connect the battery the first time. This item comes with a factory-discharged battery. My first SmartTag+ was super easy to pair and set up (although Samsung's Smart Stuff app sucks). I work like a normal smart tag, but it has an additional function: find an object (with some width) with AR. It will tell you if it is in a drawer etc. Very useful for
