Worst seller, worst investment and worst product

I bought this used junk that only worked once. Since purchasing this product I have only done 1 conversion from Pal to NTSC. A month later, of course, I had to switch to a different product. To my surprise, this VHS continued to cause me many problems. I decided to contact the seller because I paid at least $300 at this bad save on this used product. The seller replied that he understands my concerns and will contact me as soon as possible but will finalize his offer that the 14 day guarantee…

Something is wrong with the design!

I looked at this video recorder for the first time some time ago. In this review I said that the conversion quality from this machine was really excellent and I stand by that claim. However, many owners report that when this machine fails completely and completely, it is a "snow" problem - something fundamentally wrong with the design of this machine, and snow in almost all of these cases is the result of this design problem. original review February 2006 I bought my SV-5000W four or five years ago (maybe more) with very few problems. Has never been renovated. There were occasional problems with individual rental tapes (NTSC), but the conversion worked well. I was able to collect films on my computer (using an NTSC DV camcorder) and play them back on a VCR for PAL recording, so I could easily send them to relatives abroad. PAL tapes from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc worked very well. Stereo sound was another…
