This is not OEM for S4. The ones I got with my phone charges at 1900mA. This only charges 450mA, very slowly. Strangely, it depends a lot on the cable. I bought this as an extra charger for my galaxy phone. It works great and I'm happy with it. UPDATE: One star off because it doesn't charge as fast as the original charger that came with my phone.
