Round potholders seem to work much better than square potholders. All cotton potholders are easy to use and easy to clean.

They're a good weight and easy to wrap around the handle or lid of a hot pan. Got a set - one is fine and the second after a wash was worn along the seam. This made it more of an oven mitt to stick your hand in. If you are not confused by the torn seam. I'll keep them but probably won't get another pair.

Tried to duplicate potholders that I've had for about 8 years. These turned out to be exactly the same. I love her. wear forever. Even though they're thick, they still give you a good grip on a hot dish. Convenient to place under a hotplate on the table. Soft and not hard. The color was a perfect light brown - almost ivory. The best pot holders I have ever seen and at a good price. Highly recommended. I also like that they are round. Sometimes it saves the mess.

Believe it or not, we bought two identical oven mitts decades ago when my husband was working at a restaurant in New York.
