The filter pump INTEX 26648 is designed specifically for large framed round pools with a diameter of 732 cm and rectangular Intex pools with a size of 975x488 cm. Sand filter pumps for pools require minimal maintenance. Sand needs to be changed once every few years. The pump has 6 modes of operation and a built-in 12-hour timer, it is connected to the standard openings of the pool using two corrugated hoses. The corrosion resistant filter element reservoir is 36 cm in diameter. It is believed that the degree of water purification using a sand filter is higher than through replaceable filter cartridges. An additional option that this filter pump is equipped with is the Hydro-Aeration Water Technology. Thanks to the special nozzles included with the pump, the circulation and filtration of water improves, it becomes more transparent, and the amount of negative ions on the surface increases, which makes the air fresher.

I am satisfied with the product, it is made well, the price is also pleasing.

The filter is good, powerful, but . I don’t advise you to fill it with sand. Sentipon balls are sold on aliexpress, they cope with the task of filtering much better (then wash them in a washing machine and again in the filter) But the filter is of course good! Powerful!

  • Sand from the filter still gets into the pool. Tightening the hoses will break the threads. There is no hose for washing the filter (it’s just a plug), the hose doesn’t cost a lot of money, they could have equipped the filter, but I had to order it, and it didn’t work out here, it was refused twice, the money was really returned.

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

Well packaged. Arrived with no external flaws. Inside, everything is neatly packed, visually everything is whole. The set corresponds to the declared. I haven’t connected the device to the pool yet (I took it for the future, while the same one is buzzing only without buttons and a scoreboard for 5 years already). The engine starts (it turned on for a short time to check). In general, that's all. So far there are no questions.
