    Not a bad product, but you can find a better one.

    I took to watch movies from this flash drive, but was a little disappointed. The TV does not see the flash drive, the exFAT file system, after formatting it in NTFS, it began to recognize it, but stopped working with the iPhone. I had to return the factory flash drive system. To watch a movie in mkv format, you have to open it in a third-party application, such as VLC and wait until a significant file is copied to the clipboard, or copy the file to the iPhone, and then open it through the video

    Now it works with iPhone 11 Pro Max

    Sandisk iXpand Flash Drive Go now works with Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max. You must have iOS 13.2 downloaded on your phone for it to work. That's good news! Others have said it doesn't work with their iPhone 11 Pro Max and they were right. It didn't work for any of us. Our group sent almost all of them back to Revane. I persuaded them to wait for the next update. We had time. We updated everything and they all work as they should. We are happy now.

    I usually LOVE SanDisk products but not this one.

    I bought this with backup plans for a number of iOS devices. Unfortunately, it choked on the new iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.1.1 out of the box. See my photo. Will my old Lexar 32GB iOS backup device still work with Lexar's Mobile Manager after 4 or 5 years? Yes, I might be able to update the device/settings, but the thing is, with Apple I've gotten spoiled and lazy. I expect everything to work. It's not Windows or Android. Probably back?

    Required app doesn't work

    This usb drive might work fine but I will never know if it's worth $70 because the iOS app required to use it is a lot too far away is slow to be useful and also riddled with bugs in the most basic functions. The application makes the drive pretty much unusable. The backup on my iPhone XS failed a few times and when the backup appeared to be in progress the tag counters would not load. The application crashed when trying to download the user manual. The supposedly backed up files were nowhere…

    A folder with over 50 videos appears as an empty folder in the iXpand app

    I almost gave it 5 stars. This SanDisk 128GB iXpand is much faster and more reliable than most cheap iOS iPhone flash drives. However, there is a bug/bug in the way this product saves data files and how the iXpand app works on my iPad Mini 2 and iPhone 6S Plus. It turns out that a folder with more than 50 video files is shown as an empty folder in the iOS app. I solved this problem by dividing it into several folders, each containing less than 17 video files.     It was fine for a few minutes, then not for a few seconds.

    It was promising at first. The swiveling model connected easily to my iPhone7 / Otterbox Defender Case. The application loaded and the phone recognized the drive immediately. The app started normally and played the preinstalled music and videos. I then unplugged the drive and loaded music and videos from my home computer onto it. The speed was fast, averaging 27Mbps.     It is a mistake to think that this is a simple mass storage device. With this. if you agree to the really ridiculous terms of service. much more complicated than plug and play. You have to download the unfriendly SanDisk software and do everything with a complicated workaround. Absolute waste of time and money. For anyone interested.     I bought this unit because all other Sandisk units feel "best in class". However, not this one. First: for some odd reason, Sandisk decided that the image naming convention used by iCloud and your iPhone should be changed to something completely different, random and lengthy, making it impossible to tell which image is which.     This tiny device is great! It connected to my iPhone without having to remove the Otterbox case. They told me I need the app and showed me where to get it. The app downloaded quickly. I was then asked a series of questions and set off. You can always disconnect it from your phone without having to "extract" or "save" anything.
