Good deal and they work as advertised.

This is a very inexpensive set of flash drives. 32GB is more than enough for a very wide range of storage. I use them as clone storage devices to backup important family information, photos, videos, etc. There is only one small strap included so it would be nice to have one for everyone but still money well spent. I won't go into the specs and capabilities of these USB 3.0 devices, but rest assured that file transfer speeds are not an issue for me. They don't seem to heat up and there was no…

Good USB Drive - Misleading Security Encryption

Bought for the security/encryption feature. Only to find out that the software is pretty limited, you have to pay another $15 to another Netherlands-based company to upgrade. It requires you to set up an account (I don't want to give you my details!) and also only accepts Visa/Mastercard cards (limited options mean the company will likely be out of business for a very long time) to get it to you send an email with another software package and license. If I wanted to buy a USB drive and then pay

With the first firmware it was not recognized by any of my PCs. I was only able to detect it by running the following in a Windows command window with admin rights: DiskpartList disk (this showed an unrecognized Sandisk as Disk 1) Select Disk 1CleanCreate Partition PrimarySelect Partition 1ActiveFormat FS=NTFSAssignExit After this operation…

Both were read only! Boxes were unopened, wtf SanDisk

The pushing and pushing takes a little getting used to, I often find myself pinching it without moving due to the flexibility of the plastic. However, I use it for work and have unusually large hands (9 inch pinky/thumb span). Also, my fingers are very thin (6cm circumference or US size 7). Both disks had approximately the same read/write accesses. Unfortunately the write is slower than my USB 2 drive, but I use it for computer imaging, the slow write speed is just a minor downside. On the…
