High-performance 8GB Sandisk MicroSDHC Memory Card with SD Adapter - Expand Your Device Storage! Review

After looking for a microSD card I thought it would work (previous attempt to use a card from Walgreens didn't work) bought it for my Roku 3 and it doesn't work I don't work. I'm sure this will probably work on other devices/computers, I just hate playing the SD card lottery. I think I have to pay extra to buy it on the Roku website.

This one worked flawlessly, so now I'm happy that my camera is recording any unwanted drivers on the road. I have 4 of these and use them for EVERYTHING. I keep them with me because they are used in my phone, mp3 player, psp, dsi and tablet and make great flash drives with the right adapter. I also use them as SD cards with an adapter. I have an adapter to use two in my PSP which gives it 14GB of storage (it says 8GB but like all storage it's more like 7GB). These small 8GB micro cards are great for flashing Nook tablets for rooting and ROM installation and the price was very reasonable. Only $6.50 or so each. That's almost $4 cheaper than what they sell at your local WalMart. Nooks recommend the proprietary SanDisk 4 class and they work flawlessly. I had no idea how tiny these little "micro" SD cards are. I bought two of these for a pair of Blackberry Curves that my partner and I use. The addition of 8GB expands the capabilities of our devices and is worth every penny spent. The microSD card reader is just as small. Don't believe the pictures, these are two very small details. The reader comes with a tether for easy removal. The reader and card seem flimsy to me (but I imagine any memory card would be so tiny), but they work like a charm.
