Great price. I wish they would sell more of this particular one so I don't have to buy 4 bags but that's fine. I buy it for my wedding. We mix the sand together as a symbol of becoming one. He arrived on time.

We have used this sand in flower arrangements for my grandson and wife-to-be's shower. They're having a beach wedding, so we used a stone pitcher, filled the bottom with sand and shells, and put white roses and white carnations in it. They were very pretty and the sand didn't make the water cloudy! There was just a sense of beauty. That was great! Lots of great compliments about the colors and feel of the sand.

I ordered a batch of white sand for my sand ceremony. I know it's "just sand" but to be honest it was more like a powder; and the luster did not stand out and was scarcely perceptible. Also, the white color I ordered was not pure white. It was definitely ivory or some off-white color. Being overpriced (in my opinion) it wasn't worth a month for the off-white powder.

I bought this sand to replenish a busy zen garden. It was a bit more expensive than the other options, but I chose this one because the color was the closest to the existing garden sand. Very disappointed. The product received did not match the photos or colors posted/advertised. The color was white, but I ended up getting off-white (maybe it's considered "white" compared to other sand colors). Sand is more like powder than grains of sand. I stuffed the jewelry and put birthstones inside. The sand covered the birthstones so the stones were no longer shiny. The "sparkles" of the sand are mostly absent because the "sparkles" are so tiny and so few that you can't even see them…

If you are looking for 100% white sand this is not the product for you. This sand is mostly white, but the mica particles give it a "salt and pepper" appearance, which while nice is probably not what most people looking for white sand are looking for. I was looking for some white, natural sand (not one of those waterproof aquarium sands) and since it's pretty hard to find in small quantities I thought I might be able to get the mica bits out of it.
