It was easy, I had the same brand of spatula for years, just square, not rounded. These spatulas are great for turning! Pancakes, eggs, etc. One of my favorite kitchen items.

I bought this to flip grilled salmon. For this purpose it works better than any other spatula I have had. It is flexible enough to get under the fish without tearing the fish apart and strong enough not to drop the fish on the grill. Good value for money here.

I used it once to fry in a Blackstone pan. It feels very well made and of commercial quality. The blade is quite flexible but still feels solid. When I tried to bend the spatula shaft near the handle to change the angle of the handle, it didn't bend without much effort, unlike some cheaper tools I've seen, it bent with almost no effort. Great tool.
