Excellent value for money

Installation took about 1.5 days due to cables running through the ceiling and requires a minimum of 2 people for installation. I like that we can mostly control myself via our phones and also on TV

Great Price!: Surveillance Equipment

The system was easy to install. The cameras have a solid construction. The picture quality is very good. Technical support answered my questions within 24 hours and quickly identified the faulty VGA monitor cable that was causing the color bars issue. The system works perfectly!

Great for the price

This is the second set of cameras I've bought and I've only had one problem and it was a broken cable, but tech support was quick to respond and sent a new cable. The cameras work great and with the mobile app you can check the cameras anywhere in real time.

It's so hard not to take in anything and be of no use to me.

Mine still doesn't connect to the recording. They are terrible to attach and so hard to understand. Good quality cameras if they worked for me. The way the layout tries to make anything work at all is also very difficult. Now I'm going to pick another brand and see if I can get my next setup to work.

Definitely the best product and customer service

Great gear and they got it to me quickly. Also if you have any questions about the product, they will respond quickly and solve the problem quickly. If I had another camera I would definitely use this company again. They were very polite and made sure I was as happy as a customer can be. I feel a lot more relaxed knowing I have such a great security system now.

False advertising. Not at all as described. The app is not helpful at all.

Must be returned. It promotes free video recording through the app but requires you to subscribe monthly. The description says the case is metal but they are plastic. And it has an absolute setup guide for the app. It managed to set up the cameras and fix the video, but there's no tutorial on how to record, playback, or set up motion detection or notification. Very disappointed with this purchase

The picture quality is pretty good if you buy cables that actually work with cameras and a recorder. The ones that came with our system didn't work, but we may have encountered poor quality cables. We had to shell out $40 for a brand new set, but the company was willing to work with us to find a solution. ***Update*** The customer service at this company is amazing.
