Leaves, don't matter! Suitable for paper and papercraft

This is not a roll as advertised. These are separate sheets that you must separate in order to separate them from each other. Not as easy to use as the reel version.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Safety

Still worth buying.

When you draw a tracing paper you have to press down very hard and it's quite difficult to use. I haven't used it to trace onto paint or fabric yet, but we'll let you know.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Nervous

With watercolor paper, it was really thick blue lines.

I thought it would work on watercolor paper, it was really blue with heavy lines. I was hoping it would give a more subtle light blue that doesn't show through the paint. However, other reviews seem to suggest that this applies to cloth, leather or other materials where you need a lot of definition. This is a great product - just doesn't work for me.

Pros
  • Smudge-Free - Carbon paper is wax-free, so erases like a pencil without smearing or smudging.
Cons
  • Crumpled

Somewhat difficult to wash off, depending on the material

High quality tracing paper. It looks beautiful on different fabrics, especially on light colors. I used it on a purple faux satin and it was very difficult to wash off the lines of the design. I had to wash the fabric several times and traces of blue lines are still visible. The problem only seems to exist with certain substances, not with every substance. Good value for money compared to other sewing stores. You can try other colors from the same brand.

Pros
  • Available in 5 colours: graphite, red, yellow, blue and white.
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Not what I thought

I am ordering this to trace the printed drawing on the board as shown in the tutorial. I thought I'd buy white paper, but it's blue (the image appears white). I should have read the description better. The box arrived a little crumpled but the paper is intact. The blue color did NOT transfer to the board at all. I'm not sure if it's because of the blue type of paper or because the tutorial wasn't accurate. However, I could not use it for the purpose I bought it.

Pros
  • Multi-iUse - ideal for tile painting, fabric painting, art and watercolor, quilting, tailoring, commercial and graphic arts, architecture, woodworking, ceramics, stained glass, metalworking etc. Acid free for scrapbooking.
