Almost Perfect - Contains alcohol and fragrance

pH Balance Toner - 4.73 oz. - Restores the skin's natural pH to an optimal level and intensely moisturizes it. I love this toner - it moisturizes my very dry skin and doesn't irritate it. I want the atomizer to spray evenly, but the dispenser works fine. You can apply this with a cotton swab or just use your fingertips, which is my favorite way of doing it since you don't waste any product. Although it contains alcohol, I have found that applying a good moisturizer immediately after use helps…

The alcohol in the toner is so dated

Maybe showing my age, for reference, I'm in my 40's, I have sensitive combination skin prone to acne. In the 90's, as a teenager, I was encouraged to dry my skin as much as possible as a remedy for acne. Back then, most tonics consisted of alcohol or witch hazel or both.
