💡 Efficient and Versatile: Satco S1982 50 Watt Bayonet Frosted Bulb for Brilliant Illumination Review

These are somewhat unique and strange bulbs. We have quite expensive bedside lamps that require them. If we had a choice, we wouldn't buy them again. That being said, we needed a replacement bulb and found one at Revain. We bought a 4 pack. They are durable, at a good price and delivered in a few days. Bravo!

Bulb is about a third shorter than pictured compared to my old bulb. It has a cut out in the middle, again not pictured or similar to the one it replaces. So I was a bit worried but as it turns out it works fine. Maybe the company should update the picture as the design of the lamp has been updated but it works so I'm happy.

When I bought the bathroom lamp I didn't realize that lightbulbs were going to be so uncommon and hard to find. As always, I was glad to find her on Revain. The light is bright and lasts about a year in my two lights, each requiring 3 bulbs. The push and twist insertion and removal made me nervous that I might break the bulb if I tried to push and twist at the same time. I wish I had read the previous review before buying these lamps. I also looked for xenon bulbs and they fit. When I received them I saw that they are halogen. I looked at the product description and saw that they are listed as Halogen. Another issue is that the proportions of the bulbs I received do not match the bulb in the picture. In the picture the lamp is longer than the metal part. The picture on the boxes I got was of the same proportions but when I opened it the bulbs were very short…
