An excellent red light that blocks blue and green light creates the best conditions for a good night's sleep.

As expected! I use this in my bedroom [bedside table] to block blue and green light before bed. I turned off the white light in the bedroom at bedtime [or didn't turn on the overhead light]. These little red bulbs arrived in good condition and fit my purpose! The G lamp is suitable for Ikea lamps.
