Illuminating Choice for High-Efficiency Lighting

Based on my experience, these ballasts are a fantastic sustainable choice for anyone looking to reduce their energy consumption. With a compact design, they're easy to install and use less energy than traditional ballasts, resulting in lower energy costs. The downside is that if you're looking for lighting for larger spaces, you may need more than one ballast to cover the area effectively. Regardless, these ballasts are an excellent choice for anyone looking for an eco-friendly lighting…

Pros
  • Energy-efficient and can help reduce electricity bills.
Cons
  • Requires professional installation.

Bright as a lightbulb

This 9W G23 Base T4 works just as well as the previous 9W G23 Base T4 that we have used in our outdoor fluorescent lamps. Only 4 stars because the price is not that special.

Pros
  • Fluorescent
Cons
  • Very expensive

The warmer version is actually brighter

I bought two 9W SATCO Hygrade twin tube bulbs: 4100K and 5000K. In general, the warmer the color temperature, the lower the lumens. So I bought both as I prefer the warmer color temperature (4100K) but wasn't sure if they would be bright enough on their own. But that doesn't apply to these satcos. As you can see in my photo of two boxes: SATCO 4100K model S8308, 610 lumens SATCO 5000K model S8309, 560 lumens. I installed both in a two-bulb Waldmann table lamp that I use at work. Mixing of color
